If a medical emergency occurs after-hours, patients will be referred to Hillside Veterinary Clinic, open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

COVID-19 Updates:


Dear Valued Client,

            We understand our recent times have become frustrating and we too are making some temporary changes to our daily procedures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are going to remain open and continue to provide veterinary services.  

  • We are going to ask all clients to wait in their vehicle and check in over the phone. 972-475-1312
  • A technician will call and obtain a history when we are ready to see the patient. At this time the client will bring the patient into the lobby and hand off to the technician for safety reasons.
  • Clients will return to their vehicle and wait for a call from the doctor.
  • Upon the visits completion, the client will be instructed to return to the lobby to check out and retrieve their pet.

Currently all other medication and food pickups will still happen in the lobby. During this time we ask all clients to maintain the social distancing of 6ft and bring as few humans as possible to your visits. Dear Pet Parents,


We will continue to strive to provide the highest standard of care for our patients and clients. Regarding coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to share some updates on how your veterinarians and team members are taking extra steps to help ensure their safety and our client’s safety.  


  • We encourage our sick/exposed employees and clients to stay home.

  • We encourage our employees and clients to thoroughly wash their hands.

  • We encourage our employees and clients to use respiratory etiquette, including covering coughs and sneezes.

  • We maintain regular housekeeping practices, including routine cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces, equipment, and other elements of the work environment.

  • We will limit the lobby to 5 people. We encourage our clients to call ahead and schedule appointments. Walk-in and Low-Cost Vaccine services will be available, but a client service representative may ask our clients to wait in their vehicle until an exam room is available.

  • We encourage high-risk employees to wear PPE during the visits with our clients and we will continue disinfecting the exam room between client visits.
